In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3–5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

G. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time.
